Get together to learn the home truths about fermenting and a healthy gut as well as how to prepare fresh vegies to last all year round. We'll do some taste testing and get practicing with a hands-on session of chopping and bottling, as well as learn how to use a traditional preserving crock for carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini etc. All preserving equipment supplied but beautiful locally made pottery crocks will be for sale on the day from Jacqui. As a passionate advocate for whole foods, Jacqui has a love of sharing knowledge and empowering others to take charge of their own food journey. Lunch available for purchase in the farm shed cafe.
